For batter mixture
- 2 and 1/2 cups of cake flour
- 1 cup of white Sugar
- 1 table spoon of baking powder
- 100ml of Fresh milk
- 70ml of Oil
- 8pcs. of Fresh eggs (egg yolk only)
- 1/2 tsp. of Vanilla extract
- 8 pcs. of fresh eggs (egg whites only)
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
Procedure
Then mix in the wet ingredients (milk,oil,vanilla extract) Separate the eggs, egg yolk in flour mixture and egg whites in other container.
Mix the flour mixture, make sure that it mixes well (no lumps). Set aside.
Now, for the meringue you can use stand mixer or hand mixer. Put the egg whites in bowl beat it in medium speed. when the egg whites risen (it has bubbles), put the cream of tartar and let it beat for 5 minutes or when the meringue has a very soft peak. Then, add the sugar and beat it for another 2 minutes or when the meringue has soft peak.
