It's easy to make,so here is my recipe
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk (300ml)
1 can evaportaed milk (360ml)
10 eggyolks
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract (optional)
4tbsp. Sugar (to caramelized the pan)
Procedure:
1. Pre-heat the pan to 300 degrees F.
2. In medium bowl, pour the condensed milk, then the evaporated milk. Mix well.
3. Add the eggyolks. And mix until all ingrefients are well incorporated.
4. Add the vanilla extract. And set aside.
5. If you want to bake this recipe in single pan like I did.. (I want a huge flan 😊) put the sugar in 8" diameter cake pan and put in the stove in low fire. If you want a little bit bittery flan (like I wanted it to be) I burned a little bit the sugar.. But if you want a sweet taste of flan then watch out you sugar.. Turn off the fire if all the sugar melted.
6. Get a strainer and another bowl. And strain the mixture twice.
7. After straining, put the mixture in the prepared pan.
8. Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
9. if the oven is ready, you can put the pan in another pan ( I used pie pan) and add 2 cups of hot water in the pie pan (not in our mixture)
10.Bake the flan for 45 mins. or you can used the tooth pick method (when you test the flan using toothpick, and it comes out clean then the flan is ready.
11. wait to cool down our flan. then put it in the freezer for bout 1 hour.
12. Then it's done!

melt the sugar. if you want bitter-sweet taste burned the sugar a bit.
but if you don't want it just melt the sugar.
in mixing bowl, put 1 can condensed milk
then, add the evaporated milk
mix well.
separate the egg. we need 10 egg yolk or 1 cup egg yolks.
mix in the milk mixture
mix well. make sure the ingredients are well incorporated.
get another bowl and strain the mixture to excess the unwanted eggyolk
strain again the mixture.
get the caramelized sugar and put the mixture into the pan.
i like a big flan, so i put all the mixture in 8" diameter cake pan.
cover it with foil.
the oven is ready.
put the pan in another pan (i used pie pan) and add 2 cups hot water.
i baked it for 45 minutes or make a toothpick test (when the tooth pick comes out clean, then it's ready) when the flan is ready, don't flip it, cool down the flan, then put it the freezer.
after 1 hour of chilling. this is it!!
have a slice! it's very creamy I promised!
